All items that appear on the screen are in stock at the moment you order.
Delivery
Your parcel is sent with a maximum delay of two working days following your order. Netvinyls.com can not be held responsible for delayed delivery. Clients who do not live in Metropolitan France should be informed of local procedures with respect to importing goods into their country. The client is also liable for any import taxes that may ensue.
Payment
The online payment is provided by the Paypal company (www.paypal.com).
Our French customers may pay with bank or postal checks if they wish. All clients may pay by a postal money order. We accept only bank transfer for European Union customers. Whith these payment modes, items are booked and sent as soon as the bank validates the payment.
Guaranties and Return Policies
Netvinyls.com's goods are reputed to fit their online description. Nevertheless, should an item be inconsistent with its description, Netvinyls.com hereby agrees to exchange the item, or to provide a credit note for the same amount, including postal charges. In order to benefit from this right of return, one must send back the item within 7 days after delivery. A new item will is accepted for exchange only if still sealed. Netvinyls.com also agrees to payback the total amount of the order should items be damaged during delivery. In such a case, the item must be returned within 3 days in the very state it was received or unpacked. No payback will be provided otherwise.
Privacy
Netvinyls.com treats its customers personal data with the utmost confidentiality. We require only the necessary information to guarantee efficient and careful monitoring of your order. The French law of the 6th January 1978 on computing and freedom gives one the right to know which data are used and to modify them if desired. Netvinyls.com declares all its files to the "CNIL", which is the National Commission on Computing and Freedom.
Customer's Agreement
When you click on the validation button you validate your order and agree to the present terms of sale. The data that Netvinyls.com thus records will be proof of the financial transactions of the client.
